UNTOUCHABLE SURVEILLANCE offers a full refund and support within the first 90 days.
One year extended warranty is $49.99. Two year extended warranty is $89.99. This includes all parts, and does not include labor. The warranty covers wear and tear. It does not included damaged parts due to negligence or accidents. UNTOUCHABLE SURVEILLANCE has the right to refuse any return for any reason.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 90 day period. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) .

What to buy at wholesale price? The option of buying wholesale is for those who wish to purchase 10 or more camera sets. This would be either a 4, 6 or 8 camera set and does not include accessories. Please be advised all wholesale purchases will take 3-4 week for delivery.
